OUR SERVICES

Moores Family Enterprise ARE a family business consulting to families in business. Both consultants have been active within the family business community for over ten years and have established reputations that are regarded positively.

In support of our mission we provide a range of value adding services to our family business clients and while these are provided in accordance with the unique and specific needs of each individual family there are some that are generic in nature.   • Discussing advanced coverage of the both business and family governance best practices and how these can be tailored to your specific family in business.

Monitoring and Measuring 

  • Workshopping on the preparation of family business scorecards that monitor the achievement of plans.

  • Meeting regularly with families in business to ensure the implementation of best practices.

  • Developing pathways to achieve the principles of good governance at rates appropriate to the circumstances of the family and business.

Transition

  • Assisting with succession planning processes over a period that best meets the needs of the family and business. This will typically be an extended period and may well involve communication (of the succession processes), education (of next generation), and on-going mentoring and guidance.
